PRP Training Anti-Racism Statement
PRP Training is committed to fostering an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all learners, staff, and partners.
We uphold a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of discrimination, harassment, or victimisation on the grounds of race, ethnicity, age, disability, religion or belief, sex, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy, maternity, paternity, or adoption.
This includes not only those who commit such acts, but also those who authorise or condone them—including bystanders who witness but fail to challenge discriminatory behaviour.
As a training provider, we recognise our responsibility to actively oppose racism and all forms of inequality, and to promote equity, diversity, and inclusion in every aspect of our work. We expect everyone associated with PRP Training to share this commitment.
