If you’re ready to start earning now, the Employment strand of JGW+ with PRP Training helps you step directly into the workplace. This pathway is all about action — matching you with real jobs, supporting you through the recruitment process, and making sure you’re prepared to succeed.

From the start, we’ll work with you to understand what type of job you’re looking for, what your skills are, and where you’d like to go. With our strong employer network in Pembrokeshire, we can connect you to vacancies that fit your needs and interests.

You’ll receive support with applications, CVs, and interview preparation. We’ll also arrange work trials so you can experience the role before committing. This helps both you and the employer feel confident that it’s the right match.

Once you secure a role, you’ll move into paid employment straight away. But PRP won’t just wave you off — we’ll stay in touch to make sure you settle in well. If you face challenges, we’ll be there to support you, helping you build confidence and adjust to the workplace.
